Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our United States warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may request a cancellation or change within 1 hour of placing the order. After processing begins, changes are no longer possible.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
We pay the cost for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
For change-of-mind returns, customers cover the return shipping cost.
